As owner and operator of Elite Fitness Training, Greg brings over 13 years of professional experience to the Birmingham area. Greg has spent those years as a personal trainer and manager of several health facilities, including private, corporate, and international health clubs.
During that time he has earned a Bachelors Degree in Health Fitness from Central Michigan University and several different personal training certifications; including ‘strength and conditioning specialist’, ‘pre and post natal trainer’, and ‘core conditioning specialist’. He was a member of the national health fraternity Eta Sigma Gamma and was an active member of the American College of Sports Medicine.
Greg started Elite Fitness Training in 2006 and decided to open a facility in Birmingham when he noticed his demand in the area had grown. He is excited to be working in an area that he loves.

Leah has more than 10 very productive years of experience in the fitness industry. She has worked in corporate and commercial fitness settings as a Manager, Fitness Director, Master Trainer, Fitness Specialist and as a Competitive Gymnastics Coach.
Most recently Leah has been an instructor for the National Personal Training Institute as well as keeping up with her Personal Training clients. She has a degree in Exercise Science from Western Michigan University and multiple accredited certifications in the field.
Leah has competed, and won titles in; competitive body building, trail races, and Women’s Tri-Fitness challenges. Leah was also featured in two editions of Oxygen magazine in 2009.
She is delighted to be able to share her knowledge and motivation to her clients at ‘Elite’.
